Job Description

Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare (OBHC), a cutting edge Community Behavioral Health Clinic located in North Central Washington, is seeking an experienced and highly successful leader to join a dynamic management team. The Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will serve as the financial business partner to OBHC’s management team. Duties will include creation and oversight of agency budgets, appraisal and reporting on financial wellness of the organization to the CEO and Governing Board, and performing random audits of work performed by finance staff. The CFO will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with funding sources and financial institutions, creating and updating policies with effective internal controls, and oversight of the finance department.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or comparable field plus 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory and management experience. Master’s Degree preferred.
