Job Description

Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare currently has a full-time position open in the Finance Department for an Accounts Payable Associate.  Duties may include:

  • Compiles, prepares, enters and processes all invoices and vouchers for payment
  • Prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary
  • Answers all vendor inquiries
  • Prepares and processes accounts payable checks;
  • Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files
  • Prepares analysis of accounts, as required
  • Prepares and processes all advance travel, emergency fund
  • Assists with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary
  • Ensures that bank deposits are delivered to the bank daily;
  • Prepares year end 1099
  • Manages the check-out process for agency vehicles and gas cards
  • Maintains vendor files and W-9s
  • Provide new employees with AP/Finance Orientation
  • Prepares travel arrangements and registrations for staff attending out of town travel and meetings
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis
  • Maintains regular and predictable work attendance

Salary Range:  $20.00 per hour

 Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. 6+ months of experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with computers is required; software aptitude is a key component.
