Case Manager - Oroville Tonasket
Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare currently has a position opening for a Mental Health Care Provider to provide case management services to our clients.
Duties may include: providing on the scene crisis team support in psychiatric emergencies; interviewing clients and their families to collect and compile data; assisting clients with housing, transportation, employment and referrals to community resources; conducting groups and other case management duties as requested; maintaining case records in accordance with Washington State statutes and agency policy and procedures. Position may require some occasional variable hours and moderate travel. This position works primarily within the Oroville and Tonasket School Districts and a minimum of 1 day per month at our main facility in Omak for training and supervision.
Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years minimum experience working in the mental health or related field. Must be able to obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration through the Department of Health within 90 days of hire. Valid Washington State Driver's License.
