Job Description

Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare (OBHC) is seeking an experienced and highly successful leader to join a dynamic management team. The Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will serve as the financial business partner to OBHC’s management team.  Duties will include creation and oversight of agency budgets, appraisal and reporting on financial wellness of the organization to the CEO and Governing Board and performing random audits of work performed by finance staff.  The CFO will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with funding sources and financial institutions, creating and updating policies with effective internal controls, and oversight of the finance department.

 We are a private non-profit organization located in scenic Okanogan County.  Our county offers a wide variety of outdoor activities, including camping, fishing, 4-wheeling, skiing, snowmobiling, river rafting and much more!  If you love outdoor recreation, this is the place for you!   We also have an active Performing Arts Center offering a variety of performances throughout the year, so there's something for everyone to enjoy.  Life in Okanogan County is full of adventures, festivals, rodeos and a sense of community togetherness.   

 Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or comparable field plus 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Supervisory and management experience required.  Master’s Degree preferred.

Salary range $122,000 - $145,000 annually DOE
