Job Description

Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare currently has an opening for a Designated Crisis Responder in our Crisis Department. Duties will include providing crisis response services, risk assessments, safety planning and involuntary hospitalizations as required by law. Services are provided in our office and other secure locations throughout the county.

Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Science with 2 years’ experience treating mentally ill clients required, MSW preferred. The 2 years’ experience is waived if you are currently licensed through the Washington State Department of Health as an Associate, or if you have an MSW. Valid Driver’s License required. Knowledge of Washington State Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA) regulations preferred. 

Starting salary is $54,392 annually, plus additional stipend for night/weekend on-call coverage.
