Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare currently has openings for Mental Health Professionals (Therapists) to provide direct services to mental health clients and their families. We offer a spectrum of mental health services including clinic based, community based, crisis and substance use disorder services.  We serve individuals and families of all ages.  We value professional excellence and development, supported team oriented clinical autonomy and creative pursuit of therapeutic efficacy.  We have a team with diverse experience and can offer professional development and support for entry level to veteran therapists.

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work required.  Applicants must be license eligible or licensed.  If not licensed, we can provide the necessary clinical supervision to progress towards licensure. 

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

Pay: $64,000 - $72,000 per year depending on licensure
