Job Description

OBHC is accepting applicants for a Recovery Care Manager to provide services to individuals with an Opioid Use Disorder.  This position is responsible for developing and managing recovery care plans including, but not limited to, any or all of the following: provides counseling, crisis intervention, and support to individuals and their families; coordinates person directed care based on choice; assists people to eliminate barriers to services; monitors individuals progress, determines, with the people, discharge plans and timelines; and collects and enters GPRA and other patient related data as required.

Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or Equivalent.  Experience with project management, data entry and/or case management preferred.   Certified Peer Counselors encouraged to apply.  Valid Washington State Driver's License required. 

Starting salary - $17.00 per hour plus benefits.  This is a grant funded position and continued employment will be dependent on continuation of grant funds.
