Job Description

Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare is currently accepting applications for a Temporary Referral and Engagement Specialist.  Estimated length of position is 4 months.  The primary role of this position is to process incoming referrals, including contacting the client to engage them in services, communicating with the referent in a timely manner and tracking referrals to ensure contractual obligations are met.  Duties may also include typing, filing, scanning, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks as assigned.  Qualified applicant must have excellent grammar & communication skills, be proficient with computers & other technology, be highly flexible and able to multi task and possess excellent customer service skills. Candidate must also possess a high degree of ethics and an ability to strictly maintain confidential information.
